Contributions are made by a single bank transfer into the Client Action Group Ltd account. The first call for funds is a one-off payment. Further calls may be made if required, and these will be explained clearly in advance.

Q4. Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Once your transfer is received and matched, a receipt will be emailed to you. Financial summaries will also be published on the Governance & Reporting page.

Q5. Is my contribution refundable?

Contributions are pooled to fund legal action and are generally non-refundable once paid, as they are committed to legal costs on behalf of the group.

Q6. Who manages the fund?

The fund is managed by the directors and treasurers of Client Action Group Ltd, with full transparency and published reports.

Q7. How will I know if more funds are needed?

If the legal process requires further funding, contributors will be notified by email and updates will be published on this site.
